The Young Family Estate Plan is designed for parents with minor children who want to ensure their family is protected if something unexpected happens. When children are involved, estate planning becomes more than simply transferring assets. It's about ensuring guardians are clearly identified, financial resources are properly managed, and your children are cared for according to your wishes. Without clear instructions, courts may be forced to make important decisions about guardianship and asset management for your children. The Young Family Estate Plan provides the structure and clarity needed to ensure your children are protected and financially supported.

The Young Adult Estate Plan is designed for individuals age 18 and older who need basic legal protections in place for medical and financial situations. Ensure your existing estate plan still works the way you intended. The Trust Review Plan is designed for families who already have a trust but want to ensure it remains current and properly coordinated with their assets. Many trusts are created once and never reviewed again, even after major life or financial changes. Outdated trusts may not reflect your current wishes or financial situation. In many cases, assets were never properly transferred into the trust, the trust was written years ago when tax, legal or medical laws were different, you wrote the trust in a different state than where you currently live or major life events such as death, divorce, new children or grandchildren, a dramatic increase or decrease in your net worth or major assets were bought or sold. This review process helps identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen your plan.

The Trust Restatement Plan is designed for individuals and families who have previously created a trust but need a complete refresh to align with current assets, laws, and personal wishes. Over time, even well-drafted trusts can become outdated as financial situations evolve and life circumstances change. A full trust restatement allows you to modernize your plan without starting from scratch, incorporating updated provisions, current asset structures, and the essential documents needed for a complete and effective estate plan. The goal is to create clarity, maintain control, and ensure your legacy is carried out exactly as intended.
